Today version 1.2.0 of the Learning Words program has been published. A function of remembering the selected type of character encoding has been added to the program.

After switching off the program, the selected type of character encoding is automatically memorized. The next time you start it, you do not have to select it again. You can immediately go to the word file indicate.
